DELIVERY & ORDER

When will i receive my order?

Our team needs a maximum of 10 to 20 working days to process your order, manufacture the products and deliver them (free of charge) We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our products.

How much does delivery cost?

We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum order quantity, and all our deliveries are free. (except for overseas territories).

My order is not complete

If your order includes several items, they may be sent separately, depending on stock and the shipping warehouse. Don't worry, your other packages will arrive soon.

I have not received my order

Problems with the post office? Parcel lost, broken, destroyed?

With our secure delivery, The Viking Tavern takes care of the disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We don't blame the carrier and let you “stand on your own two feet”. We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package back at our expense.

I have made a mistake in the address, what can i do?

Don't worry, if your order has not yet been sent, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, no further changes can be made once an order has been submitted.

Is your website secure?

This site is 100% secure. Here's why: First, the website you're visiting is on an HTTPS server (the little green padlock on the left side of this page's URL is there to remind you). Most websites only secure their “shopping cart” and anything to do with processing orders. On this site, ALL PAGES are secured and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware. Finally, we use Stripe and PayPal as the standard for internet transaction security.

What paymentmethods are available?

Currently you can pay by credit card or PayPal on our website. We do not accept bank checks, bank transfers or payments at the reception.

What happens if iam not satisfied with my product?

If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the package and we will refund you the full price of the item once we receive it. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and in their original unopened and unused packaging. The cost of the return shipment must be borne by you. We also recommend that you take a tracking number and email it to us at hello@rock-your-chakras.com so that we can trace the returned package. In the event of loss, we cannot be held liable, nor can we refund your money. Proof of postage should also be emailed to us as proof of delivery.

Do you have arefund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still want a refund for your order, we can of course process the payment, as long as the appeal is made within 14 days of receiving the order and the item(s) in question are not sold out.
